Job Summary: The professional will work at the Operations Control Center, providing support in various administrative and operational activities, including user support. Key Highlights: 1. Work at the Operations Control Center (OCC) 2. Support the operations team and traffic supervision 3. Manage operational base processes and user support **Job Description:** Tasks to be performed: Work in the OCC \- Operations Control Center Provide and receive information while performing support services in the area; handle various documents, fulfilling all necessary procedures related to them; prepare reports and spreadsheets; perform general office duties. Assist the operations team in highway inspections based on incidents reported by the OCC operator; Generate, track, and upload photos to the KCOR system based on incidents reported by the operations team.
