Direct involvement in resolving operational issues **Job Mission:** Coordinate operations to ensure vehicle availability, strict cost control, and timely deadline adherence. The core challenge is to efficiently manage the team, directly resolve operational issues, and continuously improve processes. **️ Key Responsibilities** * **Team Management:** Coordinate administrative and operational teams, assign tasks, and monitor daily execution. * **Performance and Goals:** Define operational targets, provide feedback, and correct team performance deviations. * **Cost Control:** Monitor expenses related to fuel, tires, maintenance, and claims, constantly seeking cost reduction. * **Financial Management:** Validate maintenance activities through technical/financial analysis and negotiate timelines and pricing with suppliers. * **Maintenance and Availability:** Ensure execution of preventive maintenance and control downtime for corrective maintenance. * **Compliance and Documentation:** Supervise mandatory documentation, including licensing, insurance, and tachographs. * **KPI Analysis:** Monitor essential KPIs, including cost per km, preventive vs. corrective maintenance ratio, and fleet availability. * **Problem Resolution:** Directly address critical incidents (breakdowns and accidents) and identify root causes to improve processes. **✅ Requirements** * **Experience:** Proven experience in fleet management with team leadership responsibilities. * **Technical Knowledge:** Maintenance of light, heavy, and yellow-line vehicles. * **Tools:** Proficiency in Excel (intermediate/advanced); Power BI is desirable. * **Differentiators:** Knowledge of telematics, vehicle tracking, and traffic legislation.
