Job Summary: We are seeking an Audit Assistant to assist in the creation and execution of internal audits, as well as provide support to employees and leaders. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a professional to work as an: **Audit Assistant** at our **Leme/SP unit!** **What will be this professional's challenge:** * Assist in creating audits; * Assist in completing product return spreadsheets, stock inventory scorecards, analysis of incorrect invoices, among others; * Provide support to employees and leaders regarding relevant questions and needs; * Conduct internal audits—remotely and in person—of administrative, commercial, and logistics processes across Group units; * Perform other duties pertinent to the position. **What qualifications are expected?** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; * Flexibility + Adaptability to Change; * Experience in administrative activities with emphasis on Finance, Sales, etc.; * Intermediate Office suite proficiency, especially Excel; * Driver’s license category A/B (car driving experience); * Must reside in Leme/SP; * **Full availability for travel;** * Prior experience with TOTVS Protheus system is desirable. **Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Dental plan; * Meal allowance; * Life insurance; * Educational incentives; * Discounts on medications at Droga Raia and Drogasil pharmacy chains; * Discounts on store products. **Additional Information:** Employment contract type: CLT; Work mode: In-person; **Join this family!** **\#JoinMadeiranit!** Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s degree
