**Position: Development Quality Analyst** **Responsibilities and duties:** · Lead quality planning for new product projects and engineering changes, proactively identifying potential quality risks and defining process and product control systems to ensure robustness from the beginning of production throughout the product lifecycle. · Actively participate in cross-functional meetings for new product development, representing quality during APQP phases. · Interpret and ensure application of customer requirements (Customer Specific Requirements \- CSR) within the APQP cycle. · Support the process team in defining acceptance criteria and control criteria for each critical and significant characteristic. · Develop and review APQP quality documents: Risk Analysis and Reaction Plans. · Coordinate development and approval activities for measurement and control devices with suppliers and internal teams. · Monitor and validate product measurements during internal and customer approval events. · Validate and control capability studies (Cp, Cpk, Cm, Cmk), MSA studies and equipment measurement R\&R. · Monitor and ensure execution of dimensional, functional and performance validation plans for products. · Prepare PPAP submission dossiers/books according to each customer's required levels. · Follow up on product and process approval audits conducted by customers. · Monitor implementation and effectiveness of control plans after production start-up during the safe launch period (S90\) and correct deviations when necessary together with plant teams. · Participate in post-launch failure analysis and implement systemic improvement actions. · Lead the Quality Gate flow throughout the entire APQP cycle (QG1 – Kick\-off and Feasibility, QG2 – Design Freeze / Product Approval, QG3 – Process Freeze, QG4 – Approval for Try\-Out / Run@Rate / PPAP and QG5 – Final Production Release / SOP). Maintain updated quality management systems with APQP documents and evidence. **Requirements and qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering or related fields. More than 5 years of experience in customer quality, factory quality and metrology.
