Summary Description: Execute necessary actions to maintain and continuously improve the Occupational Safety Management System, monitoring working conditions and identifying adverse situations through inspections and the systematic application of legislation and corporate procedures, aiming to preserve employees’ health and physical integrity, as well as promoting awareness for preventive action on relevant safety topics. Detailed Description: * Identify, assess, and control environmental and occupational hazards; * Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs (PPRA/PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT, among others); * Conduct safety inspections in areas, machines, and equipment; * Develop and validate JHAs (Job Hazard Analyses); * Issue and close work activities via work permits; * Conduct Safety Dialogues (DDS); * Audit work permits issued by third-party companies; * Investigate workplace accidents and propose corrective and preventive actions; * Guide and train employees on the proper use of PPEs and collective protective equipment (CPE); * Monitor and control the distribution, usage, and validity of PPEs; * Deliver training sessions and awareness campaigns on safety and health; * Support the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA) and participate in preventive meetings and initiatives; * Prepare technical reports, accident statistics, and safety indicators; * Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs) and other applicable legislation; * Participate in internal and external audits related to occupational safety; * Investigate incidents and safety deviations using certified/approved analytical tools (as defined by the client), identifying root causes and proposing corrective and preventive actions. 251217020255911000
