Work Location: City, State (Operation Name) **Responsibilities and Duties** Monitor the backlog (outstanding services) of operational services through reports extracted from the system; Monitor the scheduling of internal and outsourced services, reporting information in the system; Assist the field supervisor in quality oversight of operational services; Assist in controlling receipt, dispatch, and deadlines of official correspondence; Assist in developing service schedules, timekeeping control, and vacation planning with employees; Prepare and monitor purchase and service requisitions after manager approval; Maintain spreadsheets and reports for reporting to the manager; Assist in analyzing real estate development projects. Drive the company vehicle to support field teams when necessary; Comply with sustainability standards (safety, hygiene, quality, environmental preservation, health, and the 5S methodology). **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School education; Desirable: Technical or Higher Education in Administration, Engineering, or related fields; Desirable: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
