




**Description:** **What we expect from you:** Completed Technical Education (electrical, electronics, automation and control, or telecommunications); NR 10; CNH B; Reside in Mogi Mirim / Mogi Guaçu. Build weekly reports for Management by extracting data from SAP, DocNix, and other systems, assisting the management team in decision-making processes. Develop reports and controls for the Planning and Scheduling areas and Maintenance areas according to Motiva's unit maintenance processes, aiming to meet existing administrative demands. Prepare managerial presentations by consolidating materials and validating content, delivering a final product to management. Open tickets/service requests/purchase orders in support systems (SAP, Service Desk, Central de Cadastros, among others), creating, adding, modifying, or consulting information in support systems, thereby supporting the Planning and Scheduling and Maintenance teams in their processes/systems. Ensure proper expense reporting in cost centers and petty cash, facilitating the purchase of materials/services and covering other expenses/needs of the Planning and Scheduling and Maintenance teams. If not already done, create entries/orders in SAP based on field information/reports received (Service and Maintenance), ensuring that all pending issues reported from the field are properly registered in SAP, minimizing potential fines or penalties from the Concessioning Authority. Perform activities in accordance with Motiva's Golden Rules, avoiding unsafe behaviors and contributing to the prevention and comprehensive monitoring of work routines.
