Efficiency and logical reasoning **Responsibilities:** Prepare meat from animals (poultry, cattle, goats, sheep, and pigs) by cleaning, removing viscera, depilating, making small cuts, and separating heads and carcasses; process viscera by cleaning and scalding; prepare meats for sale by deboning and identifying types; label, slice, weigh, and cut; perform meat treatments such as salting, drying, and pressing; package meats in individual containers; provide customer service; comply with technical and quality procedures, as well as safety, hygiene, health, and environmental preservation standards. **Requirements:** Strong customer service skills; efficiency and logical reasoning; knowledge of various supermarket products; flexible availability; prior experience in this role is preferred.
