




**Experience and Knowledge** * **1 to 2 years** of experience managing influencer campaigns; * Proven experience in the **retail**, fashion, or consumer goods sector; * Experience using advanced analytics tools for metrics, performance, and ROI evaluation; * Prior experience negotiating, contracting, and managing influencers across tiers (micro, mid-tier, and macro); * Experience executing integrated campaigns involving point-of-sale (POS) and omnichannel initiatives. **Technical Skills** * Practical proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms); * Ability to develop and lead strategic briefings with clear direction aligned to brand positioning; * Critical analysis of engagement, reach, conversion, and return-on-investment (ROI) metrics; * Experience with influencer management platforms (Tagger is a plus); * Ability to transform data into actionable insights and implementation plans. **Behavioral Skills** * **Focused, organized, and strategic** profile with strong analytical thinking; * Leadership mindset, capable of guiding, aligning, and managing influencers and external partners; * Clear, assertive communication and negotiation skills; * Proactivity, accountability, and autonomy in decision-making; * Resilience, adaptability, and efficient time and change management. **Additional Requirements** * Availability to support activities at **point-of-sale**, events, and store visits across the retail network; * Aptitude for learning and adapting to new digital systems and processes; * Willingness to work on-site as required by the company’s strategic needs. **Responsibilities** * Plan, identify, prospect, and manage influencers aligned with brand positioning; * Lead negotiations, strategic alignment, and technical guidance for partner influencers; * Monitor and analyze influencer campaigns, evaluating engagement, reach, conversion, and ROI metrics; * Develop strategic briefings ensuring clarity of deliverables and consistent messaging; * Coordinate shipment of products and promotional materials for campaigns; * Support integrated initiatives bridging digital and physical retail (POS); * Research market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity; * Collaborate closely with the marketing team to contribute to strategic planning, action calendars, and brand goals.
