




Job Summary: We are seeking an Experimental Engineering Analyst for fieldwork, performing measurements, calibrations, and technical support to ensure accurate results for our clients. With technical proficiency and a focus on quality, we seek an Experimental Engineering Analyst to strengthen our field operations and deliver increasingly accurate measurements and results to our clients. **Position Objective** Execute experimental and instrumentation activities directly at client facilities, performing measurements, calibrations, data collection, and on-site technical support. Responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and traceability of measurements and tests, representing Multittech with technical and professional excellence. **Responsibilities:** * Install, assemble, and instrument sensors on-site (strain gauges, accelerometers, load cells, transducers, thermal sensors, etc.); * Conduct industrial testing and monitoring, including verification, calibration, and validation; * Prepare and organize data acquisition equipment, cabling, signal conditioners, data loggers, and telemetry systems; * Perform data collection, preliminary analysis, and validation, ensuring data integrity; * Issue technical reports documenting field activities, including measurements, parameters, and relevant events; * Troubleshoot technical issues related to instrumentation, signal noise, sensor failures, and adverse field conditions; * Ensure operational safety by adhering to internal standards, client procedures, and industrial best practices; * Participate in technical meetings with clients, representing Multittech professionally; * Support internal experimental activities as required. **Education** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Control and Automation, or related fields; **or** * Technical diploma in Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, Instrumentation, or Electronics, with proven practical experience. **Experience and Knowledge** * Proven experience in instrumentation (minimum 1 year), including sensor installation and operation. * Knowledge of: + Strain gauges (strain measurement); + Force, pressure, displacement, and temperature sensors; + Accelerometers and vibration instrumentation; data acquisition systems (NI, HBM, Dewesoft, Lynx, ADS, etc.). * Ability to interpret technical drawings and electrical diagrams. * Experience with field testing, commissioning, industrial measurements, or validation testing. * Familiarity with computer tools for data processing and analysis (Excel, Python, or data acquisition software). * Willingness to travel frequently and remain on-site at client locations for extended periods. * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor. **Desirable Differentiators** * Experience in automotive testing, metallic structures, industrial machinery, or oil & gas sector. * Hands-on experience with strain gauge welding, surface preparation, and Wheatstone bridge reading. * Knowledge of industrial network protocols (CAN, Ethernet, RS485). * Basic understanding of modal analysis, vibration, FFT, and signal processing. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license, category B.
