The Content Strategist will be central to this structure, helping organize messaging, prioritize key themes, and ensure every piece of content—whether produced in-house or via influencers—is contextualized, intentional, and impactful. **Job Mission** To define, structure, and execute Caveo’s content strategy—ensuring narrative coherence, tonal consistency, and tangible impact on business objectives. This person will be pivotal in transforming social media and influencer partnerships into strategic levers for brand building, growth, and relationship development—bridging cultural context, data, and high-quality execution. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute multichannel content strategies aligned with brand narrative, customer experience, marketing initiatives, and business objectives. * Act strategically and hands-on, balancing planning with practical execution to ensure effectiveness and clarity in every deliverable. * Structure and optimize content for all stages of the customer journey (from awareness and education to decision and action), maximizing engagement, trust, and conversion. * Craft persuasive, consistent copy across formats and contexts (social media, campaigns, videos, scripts, ads, institutional materials), always aligned with brand positioning. * Consolidate and enforce Caveo’s tone of voice, ensuring coherence, recognition, and personality across all touchpoints. * Translate data, research, feedback, and performance learnings into actionable storytelling—connecting strategy, creativity, and execution with measurable impact. * Define and lead creator and influencer strategy, ensuring message alignment, delivery quality, and connection to brand and growth objectives. * Collaborate integrally with branding, marketing, design, growth, and other areas to ensure seamless execution, alignment, and narrative consistency. **What We Expect From You** * Strategic content vision, capable of connecting narrative, channel, audience, and business objectives. * Editorial judgment and brand sensitivity to maintain consistency—even under high-demand conditions. * Autonomy to make decisions, prioritize deliverables, and clearly articulate and uphold strategic positions. * Genuine interest in digital behavior, culture, language, and emerging formats. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience developing content strategies across diverse social media platforms and digital channels. * Experience in creator/influencer strategy and management—including prospecting, briefing, and delivery oversight. * Ability to translate data, metrics, and analytics into actionable strategic insights. * Experience defining and managing a brand’s tone of voice. * Skill in delivering presentations and articulating strategic narratives to internal stakeholders. * Experience technically guiding analysts and creatives. * Heavy social media user with critical understanding of trends and cultural movements. * Continuous learning about AI applications in content creation, data analysis, and process automation.
