




**Description:** Complete Higher Education in Social Communication, Marketing or related areas; Preferable experience in Employee Experience processes, with focus on Internal Communication; Advanced English desirable; Proficiency in Office suite; Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to drive; Availability to work in the city of Itapira/SP. Plan and develop internal communication strategies, creating online and offline actions, supporting the creation and execution of the internal communication and social responsibility plan aligned with the company's strategy; Develop and assist in strategies for campaigns, actions, and internal marketing events, promoting initiatives to increase adherence to company values and strategies, as well as driving organizational culture; Contribute to the planning, curation, and production of content for internal channels (online and offline), such as Corporate Social Network, digital magazine, bulletin boards, and others, prioritizing topics aligned with the company's strategy, both institutional and business-oriented; Assist and support company departments in internal communication projects, understanding needs and demands, recommending the best solutions, and executing approved plans; Support the implementation and monitoring of the volunteer program and/or specific actions involving encouragement and engagement in volunteer work; Assist in measuring results and internal communication initiatives, analyzing and tracking them, proposing actions for optimization; Monitor area indicators, analyzing opportunities and proposing improvements based on KPIs; Manage the annual calendar for the Communication department (actions under your responsibility), focusing on strategies that activate, strengthen, and boost organizational culture, promote engagement and recognition, giving prominence to employees. 2510150202241709629
