Our Accounting team strategically provides customer service and continuous support, ensuring accounting compliance through technical analysis, delivery of ancillary obligations, and closing of companies of different sizes and complexities. We are seeking an Accountant Analyst with an analytical profile, sense of responsibility, and proactivity, who will contribute to the accounting routine, offer support to the team and clients, and work on problem resolution and process improvements. Support beyond numbers! Come be #TeamARO. Responsibilities and duties * Provide client service via phone, WhatsApp, in-person and online meetings to clarify possible doubts and align processes. Monitor the service provided by all team members when necessary; * Support in entering financial transactions; * Deliver Federal-level Ancillary Declarations of all complexities using systems provided by public agencies to comply with current legislation; * Perform accounting closure of highly complex companies using the Domínio system to comply with current legislation; * Perform accounting closure of large economic groups; * Conduct external work at client companies; * Support new team members by guiding them on the system, network, and execution of accounting department processes. Provide general team support with standard accounting routine demands; * Conduct internal/external training using materials developed by Management, Senior/Junior Analysts, and Team Leaders to qualify the team to better serve our clients; * Assist leaders and management in handling department demands, such as spreadsheets, controls, service to other clients, and accounting routines; * Review all ancillary obligations relevant to the department using systems provided by public agencies and technology programs for internal controls to comply with current legislation. Requirements and qualifications * Active CRC (Regional Accounting Council registration); * Experience in the accounting field; * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences; * Availability for 100% in-person work.
