**Cria Sim**, a reference in the manufacturing of hygiene and cleaning products and holder of market-recognized brands, is seeking an **Occupational Safety Technician** with **environmental experience** to strengthen the **SSMA (Health, Safety, and Environment)** culture, ensuring legal compliance, accident prevention, and operational excellence at our Paulínia plant.
Main Responsibilities
**Occupational Safety**
* Conduct SSO routines in industrial areas (inspections, DDS, APR, Lockout/Tagout – LOTO, incident and near-miss investigations).
* Develop and maintain up-to-date SSO programs, procedures, and requirement matrices; support mandatory and refresher trainings.
* Monitor indicators (accident frequency/severity rates, deviations, corrective actions) and lead action plans with Production and Maintenance teams.
* Support risk analyses for typical sector processes (filling, mixing, labeling, chemical handling/storage).
**Environment**
* Operate and monitor environmental routines (waste management, effluents, emissions, operational controls), ensuring recordkeeping and traceability.
* Support environmental licenses/renewals, registrations, and compliance conditions; maintain deadline and evidence tracking.
* Monitor environmental performance indicators (water/energy consumption, waste generation, recycling, deviations) and propose improvements.
* Collaborate with suppliers/partners (waste transporters, laboratories) to ensure documentary and operational compliance.
**Culture, Governance, and Continuous Improvement**
* Engage leadership and frontline teams in SSMA culture through campaigns, field audits, and structured feedback.
* Participate in committees and performance meetings, presenting results and prioritizing critical risks.
* Support engineering/expansion projects with SSMA requirement analysis from the conceptual stage.
Mandatory Requirements
* **Technical Degree** in Occupational Safety (with active registration).
* Prior **Environmental Experience** (waste/effluent routines, indicators, documentation).
* Previous experience in **industrial environments** — preferably chemical, cosmetic, hygiene, and cleaning sectors.
* Knowledge of risk analysis, incident investigation, and basic improvement tools (PDCA, 5 Whys, Ishikawa).
* Proficiency in Office suite (Excel/PowerPoint) and familiarity with management systems (SSMA/Maintenance/Quality).
* Availability for a 6x1 shift schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:20 PM.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with **internal audits**, legal requirement matrices, environmental agency inspections, and fire department compliance.
* Experience with utilities (WTP/WWTP, compressed air, boilers, exhaust/ventilation systems).
* Participation in **BBS (Behavior Based Safety)** and/or **5S** programs.
* Additional training in **Environmental Management** or applicable **NRs (Normas Regulamentadoras)** for manufacturing environments.
Compensation: R$2\.443,60 \- R$6\.000,00 per month
