Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for performing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on industrial machines and equipment, identifying failures and participating in improvements. Diagnosis and correction of mechanical, electrical, and electronic failures **Electromechanical Technician Position** **Responsibilities and Duties:** The professional will be responsible for performing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on industrial machines and equipment, ensuring their full functionality and contributing to the continuity of Licav’s production processes. They will identify electromechanical failures, carry out repairs and technical adjustments, and participate in equipment improvements and modifications. * Perform electromechanical maintenance on industrial machines and equipment (e.g., hydraulic presses, eccentric presses, machining equipment, overhead cranes, building maintenance, etc.); * PLC, HMI, and robot programming * Diagnose and correct mechanical, electrical, and electronic failures; * Interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and manufacturers’ manuals; * Conduct routine inspections to identify wear and prevent breakdowns; * Record performed maintenance in the system or on technical sheets; * Suggest technical improvements to increase equipment reliability; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area, tools, and components; * Comply with the company’s safety, quality, and environmental standards. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed technical education in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Electrotechnics, or related fields; * Proven experience in electromechanical maintenance of industrial machinery; * Knowledge of electrical controls, pneumatics, and hydraulics; * PLC, HMI, and robot programming; * Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings; * Availability to work in Limeira and on different shifts, if required.
