It handles all visual production for advertisements, including videos, images, sales pages, banners, and website creation. The company is recognized for its agility and quality in deliverables, as well as its differentiated customer support. **Job Responsibilities:** * Edit creative and dynamic videos focused on e\-commerce, highlighting products persuasively; * Produce videos that capture audience attention and drive sales conversion; * Edit corporate or social media videos for clients; * Adapt videos for different formats and platforms, such as social media and paid ads; * Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually and commercially high-impact materials; * Apply visual elements, strategic cuts, animations, and soundtracks to reinforce the sales narrative; * Continuously monitor video marketing and digital media performance trends, bringing new ideas to the team; * Perform adjustments and improvements to videos as needed to maintain quality and consistency. **Requirements:** * Completed High School or currently pursuing/completed Higher Education; * Proactivity; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Proficiency in image editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar; * Ability to create high-quality videos for various platforms and objectives; * Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines; * Knowledge of e\-commerce design is a plus. **Additional Information:** * Location: Rio Claro/SP \- Centro * Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7 AM to 5 PM; Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM * Fully On-site Position Employment Type: Full-time/CLT Compensation: R$1\.620,00 \- R$2\.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
