




A company in the civil construction sector, active in industrial projects and infrastructure, is seeking an experienced professional to join the Personnel Department team, focusing on management of labor routines and legal compliance. **Responsibilities:** * Execute and review **payroll**, social charges, and ancillary obligations (eSocial, FGTS, INSS, IRRF, SEFIP, DIRF, RAIS). * Carry out **hiring, terminations, severance calculations, vacations, and 13th salary**. * Monitor and analyze **electronic timekeeping and work schedules of operational teams** (construction sites, plants, and transportation). * Manage **benefits** (transportation allowance, meal allowance, health insurance, food basket, etc.) and **ASOs** in coordination with SESMT. * Ensure compliance with **collective bargaining agreements and conventions** for the category (SINDUSCON / SINTRACON). * Support managers and site leaders on matters related to labor legislation and personnel practices. * Participate in **labor and social security audits and inspections**. * Prepare **management reports** on costs, absenteeism, and personnel indicators. * Propose **process improvements** within the department and act as a technical reference for the team. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in **Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting**, or related fields. * Solid experience in **Personnel Department** routines. * Advanced knowledge of **eSocial, labor legislation, and union conventions**. * Proficiency in payroll and electronic timekeeping systems. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Working hours: 08:00 to 18:00.
