Responsible for executing low- to medium-complexity processes, ensuring effective management of Service Contracts and Deferred Revenue Management for TOTVS Group’s Service Units. Responsibilities and Duties * Gather requirements through meetings with customers to correctly plan project activities; * Plan projects via meetings with both the customer’s team and the technical team; * Validate capacity, architecture, business continuity, and infrastructure environment security issues, presenting projects to Architecture Committees; * Ensure project deliveries occur within agreed timelines, executing projects according to either Agile or Waterfall methodologies; * Remove obstacles that may jeopardize agreed timelines through negotiation and/or escalation to relevant areas; * Clearly present project progress (including associated risks) to both the Infrastructure area and the customer, establishing regular project status cadences and reporting on progress; * Safeguard the infrastructure environment—including security and governance standards—through comprehensive documentation and proper GMUD creation; * Ensure appropriate communication with internal areas through periodic meetings with customers, aiming to anticipate upcoming demands. Requirements and Qualifications * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields. * Basic knowledge of at least one technology area, such as: information security, networking, storage, operating systems, virtualization, cloud computing, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, integrations, or development; * Basic knowledge of Kanban tools; * Basic knowledge of one or more demand management and data analysis tools: Project, Jira, Excel, Power BI, Google Data Studio; * Basic knowledge of infrastructure implementations. 2512210202551931068
