**What are we looking for?** We are seeking a professional who will work hybridly across Software Quality (manual testing) and Requirements Analysis, ensuring that requirements reach the team clearly and that deliverables are completed with quality and alignment to business objectives. The ideal candidate possesses a critical eye, analytical thinking, strong communication skills, the ability to detail business rules, and experience validating functionality in web and/or mobile environments. **Key Responsibilities:** * Act as a liaison among business, product, and technology teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements. * Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, functional, and testable requirements. * Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows to guide development and validation. * Plan and execute manual tests on web and mobile applications, ensuring delivery quality. * Validate end-to-end functionality, considering business rules, usability, and systemic impacts. * Identify, document, and track inconsistencies, contributing to effective and sustainable solutions. * Assess risks, support prioritization decisions, and ensure alignment with product objectives. * Track requirement evolution throughout the development lifecycle—from conception to delivery. * Actively contribute to continuous improvement of requirements and quality processes. * Collaborate effectively within agile environments, participating in backlog refinement, ceremonies, and deliveries. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years’ experience with manual testing (functional, exploratory, regression). * Ability to detail requirements and write user stories and acceptance criteria. * Familiarity with task management tools (Kanbanize, Azure DevOps, or similar tools such as Jira). * Skill in reading and interpreting workflows and technical documentation. * Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail. * Experience working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban). * Prior experience as a QA, Requirements Analyst, or Product Owner. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with API testing using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools. * Basic knowledge of test automation (even if not the primary focus of this role). * Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) for screen analysis. * Knowledge of SQL for database data validation. **Work Location:** Remote **Why build your career at Meta?** We offer autonomy, clear goals, and a dynamic, challenging environment where professionals have opportunities to interact with diverse technologies, participate in all types of projects, bring new ideas, and work from anywhere in Brazil—and why not, anywhere in the world.
