Your moment has arrived—come be **\#IN**! **Responsibilities and Duties** **On a daily basis, you will:** * Supervise, plan, direct, and guide teams of assistants, forklift operators, team leaders, and maneuvering staff in warehousing and loading activities within the warehouse. * Participate in and monitor daily morning briefings (matinals) for work teams (assistants, leaders, and forklift operators) across shifts. * Attend daily client morning briefings to align on requirements and pending issues that must be addressed and resolved. * Monitor daily tasks performed by operators, assistants, leaders, and others under your responsibility, and direct the team toward urgent demands. * Conduct 5S maintenance follow-up and checklist, ensuring operational continuity. * Perform daily inspection and checklist throughout the entire warehouse. * Conduct shift handovers with peers to align information with warehouse leaders and staff, identify pending items related to demands and equipment, and address other needs as required. * Monitor unloading and storage of supplies (e.g., empty cans, corks, etc.). * Jointly manage personnel with your immediate supervisor during daily warehouse operations—monitoring, providing instructions and guidance, applying disciplinary measures when necessary, and training each team member to resolve day-to-day problems, inspiring them to feel like business owners. * Monitor line replenishment and product removal from production. * Monitor all warehouse operations using the client’s Power BI dashboards and other company KPIs. * Hold periodic meetings with the client’s Coordinator/Specialist to present results and define action plans for correcting targets when needed. * Conduct daily safety meetings (DDS) with the entire warehouse team. * Work alongside the team in full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do you need?** * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Preferred: Enrolled in postgraduate/MBA programs in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or related fields. * Experience supervising warehousing/stock operations. * Courses or Specializations: * Microsoft Office Suite * Basic Excel * Loading and Unloading * Warehouse Handling * Desired Knowledge: * Familiarity with PDCA * Familiarity with FEFO * Familiarity with FIFO * Familiarity with Inventory Management (ABC Analysis) **Additional Information** **We offer a comprehensive benefits package including:** * Food basket * On-site meal * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Gympass * Pharmacy discounts * University discounts * Language course discounts **Connect your dreams to our values and let’s walk together toward the future.** Here, we are driven by the purpose of **serving with passion, connecting paths, people, and dreams.** We achieve this through everything we transport across Brazil—delivering health, wellness, beauty, energy, entertainment, and fun—improving people’s lives and connecting them with what they desire most.
