SUMMARY Analyze and process billing activities within the FM Brazil area to ensure compliance with departmental and corporate instructions, objectives, and goals. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and/or complete documents and spreadsheets; Serve internal and external customers; Input data and documents into Follownet; Input data and information into the client’s system (pre- and/or post-billing); Prepare documentation packages for submission of billing to the client; Send billing to the client (email, postal mail, or the client’s system); Update and manage the department’s SharePoint; Prepare management support reports; Perform other duties inherent to and related to this position. REQUIREMENTS Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree Intermediate Excel skills English (desirable); WHAT WE OFFER?
