This is your moment—come be **\#IN**! **Responsibilities and Duties** **On a daily basis, you will:** * Supervise, plan, guide, and monitor product loading and distribution activities, ensuring operational efficiency, resource optimization, and customer satisfaction. * Prepare route release schedules. * Conduct morning and daily meetings to align goals and results. * Monitor checklists and truck releases. * Update and adjust release schedules as needed. * Participate in performance analysis meetings. * Enter work schedules into the system. * Provide justifications for license plate–driver retention. * Conduct external visits and monitor safety procedures. * Analyze and propose action plans to improve productivity. * Support the CME team and handle physical vouchers. * Record actions and updates in systems and physical agendas. * Manage the team, conduct evaluations, and provide feedback. * Participate in strategic meetings to discuss improvement opportunities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do you need?** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Preferred: Currently pursuing an MBA/Postgraduate degree in Logistics and Transportation Management or related fields. * Experience in transportation or logistics operations. * Specific/Technical Knowledge – Hard Skills: * Driver’s License Category B. * Proficiency in fleet management and route planning. * Knowledge of computerized transportation management systems. * Intermediate Office Suite and Excel proficiency. **Additional Information** **Benefits that support you at every stage of life!** At **Imediato Nexway**, we believe your quality of life is essential.
