Responsibilities and duties: * Record, verify, and control fiscal documents. * Verify records of incoming and outgoing product invoices. * Familiarity with ERP Protheus is a plus. **Requirements and qualifications:** Availability to work Monday through Friday from 10:25 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturdays from 6:00 AM to 1:05 PM. Easy access to the Betel / Paulínia neighborhood is required. **Education** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in tax/accounting routines within retail, distribution, or accounting firms is desirable. **Tools** * ERP (Totvs/Sankhya/Bling or similar) — operation of guided tax routines. * Intermediate Excel: filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic PivotTables; simple spreadsheet consolidation. * Fiscal portals: SEFAZ, SINTEGRA, Municipalities (issuance, consultation, and validation), under supervision. \* Additional information: Benefits: **Unimed National Health Plan** (optional) Comprehensive coverage and option to include legal dependents.
