You must demonstrate passion for food—especially dairy products—be relentless in pursuing development and learning, and be committed to delivering superior results and solutions beyond routine expectations. **A day in the life...** --------------------- * Analyze and review production standards and versions; * Performance management: conduct performance review meetings, implement action plans, monitor line performance, OMP (Overall Manufacturing Performance), and support production execution according to process parameters; manage production variances (material, labor, and inventory variances); * People management: handle onboarding, offboarding, administrative actions, promotions, and performance evaluations to guide employees in alignment with business needs; * Participate in manufacturing excellence initiatives to drive improvements in operations, people, and outcomes; * Follow, promote, and review—when necessary—food quality and safety instructions, supporting routine practices in accordance with legal, internal, and regulatory requirements; * Support the production process—including raw materials, packaging used in the factory, and technologies—to facilitate, collaborate, and enhance production efficiency; update instructions and process parameters; conduct tests and projects jointly with support areas and colleagues; * Align NCE (Nestlé Continuous Excellence) activities with the evolution of departmental KPIs/PPIs/APIs to prioritize actions and identify potential deviations in implementation. **What will make you successful?** ---------------------------------- * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields; * Prior experience leading teams, managing production systems, or working in manufacturing or support areas within industrial settings is desirable; * Knowledge of continuous improvement tools; * Intermediate English proficiency is considered an advantage; * Dynamism and agility are required; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Strong communication skills; * Good interpersonal skills.
