And, of course, in your ideas to improve lives while preserving the beauty of our planet for future generations. **About the Role** Our Mechanical Engineering team—comprised of highly qualified professionals—is embedded within the Maintenance department and focuses on developing innovative solutions in collaboration with other areas. As a Mechanical Engineering intern, you will work across various projects centered on new developments, maintenance, and factory support—all aimed at increasing the reliability of our equipment. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the creation and implementation of effective solutions, adding value to both the department and the company as a whole. Your responsibilities will include: * + Supporting the engineering team in seeking innovative solutions + Assisting with activities such as pressure vessel calculations, rotating equipment analysis, preparation of technical documentation, and more + Engaging with suppliers and conducting technical evaluations of proposals + Participating in presentations and collaborating with other company units We offer an on-site internship contract with a weekly workload of 30 hours (6 hours/day). **About You** You must be currently enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering program, preferably from the third year onward. Competencies: * + Intermediate-level English proficiency + Desired technical knowledge includes Google Workspace and Microsoft Office + Familiarity with AutoCAD and digital tools is considered a plus Behaviors: * Strong communication skills, flexibility, and proactivity * Ability to consistently advocate for your ideas, with focus on results and customer needs * Teamwork orientation **About Compensation** Attractive and equitable compensation for all: remuneration is determined within a defined range to support your professional growth in this role. The expected base salary for this position in Brazil is R$ 2100.00 per month.
