Key Highlights: 1. Management of non-conformities with customers and suppliers 2. Active participation in the analysis and resolution of quality issues 3. Technical support to the factory for component evaluation and problem analysis The professional will be responsible for handling non-conformities with customers and suppliers. Issue non-conformity reports and actively participate in meetings for problem analysis and resolution. Define and monitor improvement actions with customers and suppliers. Conduct technical visits to customers and suppliers, approve Product PPAP, and oversee calibration procedures for relevant measurement equipment. Provide technical support to the factory for evaluating non-conforming components and analyzing quality issues.
