**Description:** **Responsibilities and Duties:** Drive vehicles when licensed, trained, and authorized; Perform cleaning and maintenance activities at operational facilities, such as removing sludge and foam from the flocculator and collecting floating materials from sedimentation tanks; Analyze collected water samples according to specified parameters, properly handling equipment, interpreting results, and taking corrective actions on the process if necessary; Carry out required operational maneuvers—such as chlorine cylinder replacement, backwashing, disposal and cleaning of the flocculator and sedimentation tanks—in a safe, economical, and efficient manner, in accordance with established work instructions; Prepare chemical products—including hydrated lime and polymer—for subsequent application in the water treatment process; Organize and store materials and chemical products, identifying them and arranging them appropriately; Handle customer calls received via the 0800 hotline, registering customer requests in the Versan system; Perform other related tasks as required by the unit; Conduct daily inspections of all WTP facilities.
