Lead cleaning and maintenance services for surfaces (floors, walls, ceilings, windows, furniture and utensils, machines and equipment, etc.) in indoor and outdoor areas. 1. Implement work orders, including methodology, routines, and frequencies; 2. Monitor inventory and requisition consumable supplies (chemicals and cleaning products); 3. Receive and inspect consumable supplies, verifying quality and expiration dates of chemicals and cleaning products; 4. Store and manage inventory of consumable supplies (chemicals and cleaning products); 5. Dilute and dose products (chemicals and cleaning agents); 6. Distribute and control consumable supplies for the team; 7. Assess the type of surface to be cleaned, degree of soiling, and type of dirt, selecting appropriate cleaning products and materials; 8. Lead the team in cleaning activities including furniture and utensils, curtains and blinds, machines and equipment, dusting, façade washing, glass cleaning, dirt removal, washing, sweeping, waxing, mopping, and drying surfaces such as floors, walls, and ceilings in enclosed or open environments; waste collection and segregation; unclogging drains, sinks, and toilets; 9. Analyze routine and frequency records of cleaning activities; 10. Perform related tasks; 11.
