Job Summary: Prepare dough, sauces, and ingredients; stretch, assemble, and bake pizzas with quality and efficiency; maintain workstation organization and cleanliness; monitor ingredient expiration dates and proper storage; and collaborate effectively within a team. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workstation. 2. Work as part of a team while upholding the pizzeria's standards. Pizzaiolo position, from 3:00 PM to 11:15 PM, Tuesday through Sunday, with one Sunday off per month. Prepare dough, sauces, and ingredients according to house standards. Stretch, assemble, and bake pizzas with quality and efficiency. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workstation. Monitor expiration dates and proper storage of ingredients. Work as part of a team while upholding the pizzeria's standards.
