Job Summary: Kitchen assistant to prepare, organize, and maintain cleanliness of food and equipment, following hygiene and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in meal preparation and food handling 2. Keep the kitchen clean and organized 3. Follow hygiene and food safety regulations * Wash, peel, and cut vegetables, fruits, and other foods. * Measure and portion ingredients according to recipes. * Assist the cook in meal preparation. * Perform simple tasks such as mixing, beating, seasoning, etc. * Keep countertops, utensils, and equipment clean and organized. * Monitor ingredient inventory (notify when running low). * Wash dishes, pots, cutlery, and general utensils. * Follow hygiene and food safety regulations. * Sanitize kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment. * Assist in assembling meal boxes, plates, or portions. * Package food when required. * Separate organic waste, recyclables, and food scraps according to local regulations.
