Job Description: * Bachelor’s degree or technology diploma: Major in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields (practical depth and profile are valued more than the specific name of the program). * Relevant logistics experience to navigate effectively across material planning, supply chain, S&OP, procurement, inventory, operational purchasing, or transportation—with maturity to understand the big picture and deliver consistently. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Data-driven mindset, with analytical capability and data-based decision-making skills. Not mandatory, but Power BI, SQL, Python, Gen AI, and other data analysis and automation tools are strong assets. * Owner mindset, curiosity, and initiative—driving continuous improvement, problem resolution, and solution proposals beyond operational execution. * English or Spanish are not mandatory, but given our global operations, they are becoming increasingly necessary. The Raw Materials Team ensures that our factories receive all necessary inputs on time, efficiently, and predictably. This is a critical function requiring rapid decision-making, process-oriented thinking, and strong alignment among data, operations, and strategy. It balances deep operational execution with progressive evolution of the function. * Ensure timely supply of raw materials to factories, balancing demand, inventory, lead times, and service levels. * Use SAP/MRP, the Raw Materials Portal, and S&OP to plan requirements and translate analysis into action. * Execute call-off processes and monitor deliveries, resolving deviations promptly. * Monitor key performance indicators and proactively identify risks of stockouts, overstock, or obsolescence. * Coordinate cross-functionally with key areas (factories, supply, procurement, transportation, planning) to align decisions and ensure operational fluidity. * Participate in planning forums and operational routines, adjusting plans according to day-to-day realities. * Propose improvements, automate routines, and leverage data to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. 2511270202401888647
