




\* Analyze support requests received from internal and external employees, providing immediate solutions and ensuring continuity of operations. \* Create users and define profiles with appropriate network permissions, email accounts, access blocks, and other access conditions. \* Monitor user needs related to the system, providing immediate support for troubleshooting or redirecting issues, and manage solutions together with service providers. \* Monitor antivirus updates and company software license validity, arranging necessary purchase and renewal requests. \* Manage data flow, profile changes, spam entries, inbox size and usage, ensuring adequate levels for optimal performance. \* Monitor user needs related to the system, providing immediate support for troubleshooting or redirecting issues, and manage solutions together with service providers. \* Provide help desk support to users, remotely and on-site, for software or hardware problems, offering quick solutions for connection issues, cables, printers, machines, and communication tools. Arrange outsourced maintenance when necessary. \* Monitor reports on internet usage, social media, and printing, identifying increased consumption or deviations, and inform managers in cases of misuse or non-compliance with corporate policies for proper user guidance. \* Report recurring incidents and unaddressed abusive practices to senior management. \* Periodically inspect installed communication and security systems, verifying their effectiveness and arranging preventive and corrective maintenance as needed.
