Every day, we strive to grow together, embrace an owner’s mindset, and operate with excellence. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities...** * Assist in preparing and analyzing maintenance and packaging-related reports and indicators. * Support factories (Brazil level) in identifying opportunities to optimize maintenance plans and maintenance costs. * Participate in meetings and in the corporate management of the maintenance strategy applied across factories. * Collaborate on creation, replication, and modification of technical components within Nesflow / Sparetech platforms. * Support factories in using digital tools and the AMM module (SAP) to streamline daily operations and maintenance management. **What Will Contribute to Your Success?** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Office Suite). * Strong data analysis skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams. * Good verbal and written communication skills. * Preferred Qualifications: * Technical training in mechanics, electrical engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of TPM (Planned Maintenance Pillar); * Experience with ERP software and Power BI. **Availability for an in-person internship of 6 hours per day in Araras.**
