We currently have an open opportunity for an **IMPORT ANALYST**. Join our team! **Responsibilities** The professional will ensure the entire import process is executed in an organized manner, with a high degree of precision and reliability—from shipment through customs clearance. * Monitor and coordinate each import stage with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and international suppliers * Verify documentation and ensure accuracy before proceeding * Support tariff classification and monitor regulatory rules and legislative changes * Control costs, foreign exchange payments, and import-related expenses * Ensure data accuracy for accounting purposes * Update records, issue import-related fiscal documents (entry), and maintain organized documentation **Technical Requirements** * Experience handling end-to-end import processes * Knowledge of international documentation * Familiarity with tariff classification (NCM) * Experience managing import costs and foreign exchange provisions * Ability to issue import-related fiscal documents (entry) * Familiarity with DUIMP and catalog updates * Interface with accounting department * Functional English for written communication with international suppliers (email exchanges, shipment coordination, and documentation alignment) * Advanced Excel skills for operational data control, organization, and analysis (spreadsheets, verifications, and cost tracking) **Behavioral Competencies** * Attention to detail and care in task execution * Sense of responsibility regarding processes and deadlines * Ability to follow up and drive tasks with partners and suppliers * Organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent processes * Composure when operating in environments with simultaneous deadlines and demands * Ability to analyze information and identify potential inconsistencies **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * On-site cafeteria * Medical and dental plans * Professional development incentives Compensation: R$5\.170,00 per month Work Location: On-site
