Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or currently pursuing the degree Prior experience in Human Resources, specifically focused on R&S (Recruitment & Selection) Analytical profile, with ability to interpret data, indicators, and processes Experience evaluating performance and effectiveness of job posting strategies, with capacity to translate results into continuous improvements Organizational skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking Strong communication and interpersonal skills Main Responsibilities: Manage recruitment and selection processes end-to-end, from job posting through to completion Analyze HR indicators and monitor HR metrics Drive improvements and optimization of internal HR processes Prepare HR department reports and controls Additional Information: Residence in Iracemápolis or Limeira required Salary expectation: To be negotiated Benefits: Free shuttle service, health insurance, meal allowance, breakfast Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.607,42 – R$2.700,00 per month Work Location: On-site
