Job Summary: Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on buildings, handle tools and equipment, and carry out construction and maintenance of structures. Key Highlights: 1. Construct and maintain concrete and masonry structures WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on buildings. Handle appropriate tools and equipment for each type of service. Carry out construction and maintenance of concrete, masonry, and other structures. Perform cleaning and organization of the workplace, maintaining a safe environment free of hazards. Comply with quality and occupational safety guidelines and regulations. Perform other related duties as directed by immediate supervision.
