If you are looking to be part of a solid, innovative company with a culture focused on professional growth, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and duties** Responsibilities and Duties * Monitor the stamping production process (presses, dies, tooling, machine feeding). * Ensure compliance with the production plan, controlling deadlines, volumes, and quality. * Coordinate team activities, assigning tasks according to priorities and individual capabilities. * Monitor performance indicators (productivity, efficiency, rework, scrap). * Support solving operational and technical issues in the stamping process. * Conduct alignment meetings with the team and report results to supervision/management. * Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with **safety and quality** standards. * Conduct practical training and provide work instructions to operators. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement (5S, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen). * Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of presses and stamping equipment. * **People Management:** lead operators, motivate the team, provide feedback, manage conflicts. * **Operational Planning:** ensure fulfillment of daily/weekly production plans. * **Quality Control:** ensure stamped parts meet technical specifications. * **Workplace Safety:** supervise safe practices, correct deviations, and report incidents. * **Resource Management:** ensure efficient use of raw materials, tools, and supplies. * **Communication:** act as a liaison between operators, maintenance, quality, and supervision. * **Process Discipline:** maintain defined operational standards (procedures, checklists, records). **Requirements and qualifications** Previous experience in **factory floor operations**, preferably in **stamping or metallurgical processes**. Experience in **operation and adjustment of mechanical and hydraulic presses**. Knowledge of **tooling, quick die changes (SMED)**, and setup adjustments. Experience in **managing production teams** (shift coordination or work cells). Familiarity with **production tracking systems** and performance indicators (OEE, productivity, efficiency). Knowledge of **quality tools** (5S, PDCA, MASP). Understanding of **preventive and corrective maintenance** of presses.
