We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team and contribute to our growth. **Position Description:** The Production Assistant will be responsible for operating and monitoring the baling process at the animal feed factory, ensuring final product quality and production efficiency. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in packaging processes; * Bale products and seal them using the bale sealer; * Palletize baled products; * Keep the workplace organized and clean after each product change and perform * Cleaning at the end of the shift; **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience preferred but not required; * Prior experience is a plus. * Proactivity, responsibility, and strong teamwork skills. **Working Hours:** **Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM\.** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2\.544,25 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher * Food allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you have your own transportation? * Are you available to start immediately?
