This includes planning and executing in-house maintenance activities to ensure all equipment, vehicles, and facilities operate efficiently, safely, and at minimal cost. Developing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, controlling service costs, analyzing performance indicators, and ensuring suppliers and service providers comply with technical and contractual standards.
