




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for preparing, monitoring, and coordinating approval, incorporation, and legalization processes for real estate developments, as well as coordinating teams. Prepare and monitor various applications and declarations Description: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture and Urban Planning, or related fields; * Relevant work experience; * Experience coordinating teams; * Knowledge of legal, regulatory, and legislative matters pertinent to the position; * Postgraduate studies in the field are desirable. * Prepare various applications and declarations, ensuring proper documentation required for approval, incorporation, and legalization processes; * Obtain urban planning guidelines/feasibility assessments from competent authorities, performing document submission, filing, and application follow-up; * Request land use and occupation certificates, verifying the legal status of the land and its * suitability for the development; * Monitor various filings at municipal governments, ensuring compliance with legal and administrative procedures; * Conduct incorporation registrations; * Carry out and monitor the approval process at GRAPROHAB (Housing Project Analysis and Approval Group), including compliance with CETESB (São Paulo State Environmental Company) checklist requirements; * Carry out and monitor the process of obtaining and registering the Certificate of Occupancy (Habite-se); * Coordinate the incorporation and legalization team. 2511170202461814735
