Interface with international headquarters **Position: Supply Chain Buyer** Location: Americana – SP Employment Type: On-site \| CLT Salary: To be discussed **Job Description** The YAPP Brasil, a multinational company in the automotive sector, is seeking a Procurement Analyst with experience in projects and the automotive industry to work at its Americana/SP unit. This professional will be responsible for supporting project development, performing quotations and purchasing new components, prospecting new suppliers, assisting the engineering department, and contributing to final product quality. **Responsibilities** * Participate in new projects from the initial phase in collaboration with the engineering department * Address requirements from the Chinese headquarters (HQ), ensuring technical and strategic alignment * Perform quotations, price analyses, and cost studies (cost breakdown) * Lead the approval process for new suppliers for projects * Manage procurement-related documentation activities (appointments, contracts, OA, SAP) * Develop suppliers for new items/products based on technical drawings * Negotiate commercial terms, ensuring cost competitiveness * Monitor component/product development from concept through delivery **Requirements** * Prior experience in procurement (Supply Chain / Procurement) * Experience in an industrial environment * Experience in negotiation and cost management * Completed bachelor's degree * Advanced or fluent English (interface with international headquarters) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in project-oriented procurement (items developed on demand) * Experience in the automotive sector * Engineering degree * Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings * Experience in supplier development * Familiarity with systems such as SAP **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * On-site cafeteria; * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Annual bonus We seek a proactive professional, detail-oriented, well-organized, and effective communicator, capable of managing deadlines and interacting across multiple interfaces.
