Build, monitor, and report sales KPIs by manager, representative, channel, and product; Support representatives and managers with reports, rankings, dashboards, and insights to improve performance; Analyze trends, identify bottlenecks and opportunities, and support initiatives to improve conversion and customer retention; Ensure efficient use of sales tools, suggest improvements, and act as the liaison with the technology team; Assist in monthly and annual sales forecasting, targets, and commercial campaigns; Support initiatives such as review of commercial policies, commissions, territory definition, portfolio segmentation, among others.
