Job Summary: Ideal Caixas, a plastic boxes manufacturer, is seeking a technically skilled PCP Analyst with a process-oriented mindset to handle production planning, scheduling, and sequencing. Interface with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and Sales AGA: PCP ANALYST – PLASTICS INDUSTRY Ideal Caixas, a plastic boxes manufacturer, is seeking a PCP Analyst with a technical profile and process-oriented vision to work in Iracemápolis/SP. ⭐ Key Responsibilities: Production planning, scheduling, and sequencing Issuance and monitoring of Production Orders (PO) Production capacity, lead time, and demand fulfillment analysis Inventory control of raw materials, inputs, and finished goods Direct interface with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and Sales Monitoring of KPIs (On-Time In-Full, efficiency, losses, production delays) Support for standardization and continuous improvement of production processes ⭐ Technical Requirements: Technical or higher education degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields Proven experience in industrial PCP Proficiency in Excel (tables, formulas, controls, and reports) Experience with ERP systems and production order control Knowledge of inventory control and material planning (MRP) ⭐ Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the plastics industry / injection molding Familiarity with industrial performance indicators Experience in manufacturing environments and on the shop floor Conditions: Employment Type: CLT Location: Iracemápolis/SP ⭐ Benefits: ✔ Medical plan ✔ Dental plan ✔ Meal allowance ✔ Transportation allowance ✔ Profit-sharing program (PLR) Send your resume to: diretoria@idealcaixas.com.br Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1.957,43 – R$4.893,17 per month
