Our delivery goes beyond logistics—it is a commitment to **excellence** and **quality**, making the difference in every solution we offer. **MARKET INTELLIGENCE ANALYST** **JOB DESCRIPTION** * Collect, analyze, and interpret market, competitor, and customer behavior data, delivering strategic insights to support decision-making across Sales, Marketing, Planning, and Executive Management, thereby contributing to the company’s sustainable growth and competitiveness. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Collect, organize, and analyze market, sales, customer, and competitor data. * Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and market movements. * Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations featuring strategic indicators (KPIs). * Support strategic, commercial, and marketing planning with predictive and diagnostic analyses. * Analyze product performance, pricing, distribution channels, and operational regions. * Contribute to feasibility studies for new products, markets, or business opportunities. * Maintain updated databases, ensuring information reliability. * Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to align analytical requirements and findings. * Suggest improvements to processes, metrics, and market analysis methodologies. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Marketing, Commercial Management, Data Science, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Market Intelligence, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Strategic Marketing, or related areas.
