Opportunity for professional growth and development ***We are in a growth phase and seeking a Marketing Analyst to strategically track departmental demands, ensuring organization, alignment, and efficient execution among internal teams, suppliers, and operations.*** ***We seek a dynamic, organized, and strategically minded professional capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, supporting brand positioning initiatives, and directly contributing to strengthening the company's communication.*** **Main Responsibilities:** * Track demands with marketing suppliers and partners * Organize schedules and monitor area deliverables * Support alignment between marketing and operations * Monitor campaigns and media activities * Ensure organization and adherence to deadlines **Content Production:** * Support organization of content recordings and productions * Plan content capture schedules with operations * Track promotional and institutional initiatives * Support brand campaigns and activations **Creative Demands:** * Request and monitor development of graphic and promotional materials * Support creation of strategic campaigns and initiatives * Assist in developing internal and external communication materials * Participate in initiatives related to brand expansion and strengthening **Candidate Profile:** * Organization and sense of priority * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Analytical and solution-oriented mindset * Proactivity and creativity * Ability to manage multiple demands effectively * Capacity for follow-up and execution * Willingness to travel occasionally **Additional Information:** * CLT employment contract \- corporate environment * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Salary negotiable * Opportunity for professional growth and development Compensation: R$3\.500,00 \- R$4\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
