Job Summary: A professional to supervise teams, monitor goal achievement, train staff, organize daily routines, and ensure excellence in customer service, with emphasis on operational and people management. Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields; Minimum 1 year of experience in the role; Responsibilities: \* Supervise cashier and warehouse teams \* Monitor goal attainment (target, super target, and mega target) \* Train and develop warehouse, cashier, and store assistant teams \* Organize team scheduling and daily routines \* Ensure excellence in customer service \* Support conflict resolution (customers and team members) \* Control operational processes (cashier, warehouse, restocking) \* Monitor goods inflow and outflow \* Assist in store organization and visual merchandising \* Monitor team performance indicators Requirements: \* Experience in retail store leadership (fashion retail is a plus) \* Experience with goal setting and sales \* Strong communication skills and professional demeanor \* Organizational skills and proactivity \* Ability to work effectively with people and resolve conflicts Preferred Qualifications: \* Experience in women's fashion \* Basic knowledge of visual merchandising \* Courses or formal education in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields Compensation: R$3\.354,00 \- R$7\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * Currently pursuing or having interrupted undergraduate studies (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
