Processes and Continuous Improvement * Identify opportunities for improvement in logistics processes and input management. * Propose and implement standardizations and automations (checklists, inspection routines, system controls, etc.). * Ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards. Relationships and Communication * Maintain constant interaction with procurement, production, maintenance and transportation departments. * Monitor supplier and carrier entries and exits, ensuring document compliance. * Support internal and external audits related to logistics and material control. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Previous experience as a Logistics Supervisor or in a similar role; * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration or related fields; * Knowledge of transportation systems; * Leadership and team management skills; * Experience in freight contracting and negotiation routines; \- Intermediate Excel skills \- Advanced level is a plus.
