Provide support for firewall maintenance and execution of backup routines. Assist in maintaining hardware such as computers and printers, and telecommunications systems such as PABX. Provide technical support to users, helping resolve common issues and answering technical questions. Collaborate on IT projects, offering technical and logistical support as required. ### **Prerequisites** Technical course in IT-related fields or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related areas. Basic knowledge of Linux and VMware server administration and networking concepts. Strong communication skills for interacting with users and team members.
