Job Summary: A fintech is seeking a Financial Supervisor to work directly with executive management, ensuring organization, control, and efficiency in financial operations, with a focus on payroll-deductible credit. Participation in strategic and operational meetings A fintech active in the financial market, specializing in originating credit for individuals secured by payroll deduction, is seeking a Financial Supervisor to work directly with executive management, ensuring organization, control, and efficiency in the company's financial routines. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Preparation and management of partner payment schedules * Monitoring and tracking of payments made * Bank reconciliations, ensuring verification of received amounts versus actual production * Cash management (initial execution and subsequent supervision of the process) * Calculation of the Price amortization method and preparation of financing schedules * Monthly financial closings * Support in building and analyzing the Income Statement (DRE) * Management and monitoring of the finance team * Use and development of dynamic spreadsheets for data control and analysis * Operation and monitoring of financial systems * Participation in strategic and operational meetings * Overall supervision of finance department routines ### **Technical Requirements** * Prior experience in finance, in a leadership or supervisory role * Experience with Price amortization method calculations and financing schedules * Knowledge of bank reconciliation, cash flow management, and monthly closings * Proficiency in Excel, especially dynamic spreadsheets and pivot tables **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the financial market * Experience with payroll-deductible credit will be considered a significant advantage * Knowledge of the Income Statement (DRE) and financial indicators ### **Behavioral Profile** * Organized, detail-oriented, and analytical mindset * Strong communication skills and ability to manage a team * Proactive attitude and owner mentality Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
