Come be part of this community! **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Perform commissioning of level, flow, pressure, temperature, and density measurement instruments, including configuration, calibration, loop testing, and use of commissioning software; * Be responsible for applying instrumentation, automation, and control standards, including all applicable deliverables for each commissioning phase, as well as providing support to other disciplines and interfacing with engineering and commissioning areas; * Perform the role of instrumentation and control technician in coordination with the Project Management team; * Critically evaluate project documents prepared by design firms related to industrial process control and automation; * Review and update engineering/process flow diagrams, functional diagrams, and interconnection diagrams to ensure consistency with the project and technical engineering documents for commissioning phases, including mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning with/without load; * Interface with project teams, engineering companies, and equipment manufacturers, gathering technical information to support the commissioning team; * Provide technical support to the commissioning team in routines involving field activities within instrumentation and automation disciplines, adhering to predefined protocols from the planning stage, interacting with commissioning software; * Conduct I/O tests interacting with Rockwell L08 hardware, perform loop tests on analog and discrete signal instruments from various manufacturers such as Vega, Endress + Hauser, and Emerson; * Collaborate with the engineering team to identify technical solutions and differentiated processes that better meet deadlines and costs; * Keep your supervisor continuously informed about service progress, critical factors, involved risks, and planned actions for overcoming them. **For this position, we expect you to have:** * Education: Technical degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields; * Experience in commissioning industrial equipment in the mining sector; * Basic English; * Knowledge in analysis of engineering/process flow diagrams, conceptual and basic engineering, functional and interconnection diagrams; * Desirable knowledge or experience with ISO 14001: Environmental Management System (EMS). Job Description \-You will be responsible for performing welding services on parts or structures of various machines and/or equipment, aiming to restore proper functionality according to received service orders. You will also perform welding and handling of various materials, carrying out fabrication. Perform mechanical maintenance, assembly, cutting, and drilling of structures on metal components, using appropriate equipment and tools, in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety standards. **See below the main responsibilities:** * Read, interpret, and close service orders, recording labor, materials, and equipment used, as well as noting future intervention needs. * Identify the correct gas according to the welding process. * Receive, execute, and allocate OM \- Maintenance Orders for welding, checking necessary resources (parts, tools, instruments, suitable location, and others). * Consult and interpret technical drawings, specify, and perform layout, fabrication, and assembly of parts. * Prepare and clean parts and/or sections to be welded, checking measurements, tack-welding parts, and performing finishing. * Conduct crack testing on metal parts (LP) and visual weld inspection. * Perform special welding on pressurized piping, according to procedure (PRO). * Keep the welding area clean and organized, ensuring proper use, maintenance, and storage of gases, hand tools, and welding equipment. * Perform welding with special alloy coated electrodes, MIG MAG. * Perform welding in all positions as specified in the table. **Qualifications \-The profile we are seeking for this position:** * High School Diploma. * Certification in Industrial Welding (verified by certificate). * Desired qualification course in Mechanics. * Residence in Conceição do Mato Dentro/MG, Serro/MG, Congonhas do Norte/MG, Dom Joaquim/MG, or Alvorada de Minas/MG. **Additional Information \-Why join our team?** We are a company committed to making our beliefs and values a reality.
